Biluota Sea Bar Park, located at the eastern end of Beidaihe waterfront, is a theme park of sea leisure bar integrating night culture, sea culture, performing arts culture and food culture. The park is surrounded by the sea on three sides and shaped like a peninsula. The park is shaded by trees and the sand is soft and flat. It was once rated as the first of the "Top Ten Beautiful Scenery of Qinhuangdao".
The park is named after Robbie Tower, the main building built in 1980s. The tower is about 2 1 m high, with seven floors in total. It is a rare bionic conch sightseeing tower in coastal areas of the world so far. Climbing to the top of the tower, you can see the beautiful scenery of "fishing boat outside Qinhuangdao".
