Ingredients for Yangzhou coriander: 1 piece of celery, 1 section of lotus root, 1 celery, 2 small carrots, 2 pieces of dried fragrant pepper, 250g of lean meat, 100g of peanuts, 75g of soybeans, onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, soy sauce,
Light soy sauce, salt, cooking oil, MSG.
How to make coriander 1.
Peel and wash the vegetables. Wash and peel other vegetables separately. 2.
Cut the vegetables into rhombus-shaped slices and cut all other vegetables into cubes 3.
Soak the soybeans and peanuts in advance, put them into pots respectively, add peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves and salt until cooked, take them out and set aside 4.
Boil water in a pot and blanch the parsley, lotus root and celery. Oil the carrots and dried sesame seeds and drain them out. 5.
