1. Since I only have one day and am in a hurry, I only plan to go to Dongping Forest Park and Xisha Wetland.

We started from Jiading according to the planned route. I thought it was very far, but I didn't expect to take the cross-river tunnel and reach Chongming in about an hour and a half.

We went to Dongping Forest Park first, and it took about half an hour to get there after leaving the tunnel. The scenery along the way was very good, the trees were lush, and there were many people visiting.

2. Arrive at Dongping Forest Park around nine in the morning. The parking lot is right at the door. It is very convenient. It only costs five yuan, which is very cheap.

The ticket price of Dongping Forest Park is relatively high, 70 yuan/person. It is recommended to order online one day in advance. The park has a cooperative website and do not buy casually (see picture).

The park is relatively large, so it is recommended to rent a bicycle or use a battery car.

After entering, I rented a bicycle, which costs 10 yuan/person/hour for a single person and 20 yuan for a double person.

There are many things to do in the park, such as go-karts, rock climbing, horse riding, and RV camping sites.

After riding around for a while, it was already noon. I originally planned to go out to eat, but ended up going to the barbecue area.

Some people bring their own food to the barbecue, and many people bring their own tents to prepare for camping at night.

PS: The barbecue ingredients here are very stale, and everyone got diarrhea after eating them.

It is better to bring your own food and the price is affordable.

3. After lunch, we walked around the rest of the park and went out to prepare for Xisha Wetland Park.

It takes about an hour's drive from Dongping to Xisha.

There are many agricultural products selling along the way, such as watermelons grown by farmers themselves, and many selling Chongming cakes. However, I didn’t buy them because I didn’t like them. It’s not the season for eating watermelons, so I didn’t buy any. But I heard that the watermelons here are very sweet.

, much more delicious than in the city, you can buy more when summer comes.

The hairy crabs in Chongming are also very delicious in autumn.

4. Xisha Wetland Park, no entrance fee, you can enter directly. The reeds have not grown up in this season, it is not very high, and there is not much water, but the overall scenery is still good.

When you enter the wetland, you can see small holes everywhere on the ground. Those with trypophobia should be careful. Haha, this is one of the fun things to do in Xisha Wetland. Fishing for crabs. Although there are not many crabs in this season and the crabs are relatively small, you can't resist it.

With the enthusiasm of children, there are many old ladies selling crab fishing bamboo poles at the door for 5 yuan per piece. The further you go in, the cheaper they get. Some people can use them when they are no longer needed.

When I went there, many old people were picking reed leaves inside, probably for making rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival.

Dongping Forest Park is more fun and has a better environment. It is recommended to go to Xisha Wetland first and then go to Dongping for a longer visit.
