According to the custom here, those who wish to make a wish must steam pasta with the twelve zodiac signs, or make clay dolls and hide them in the mountains. Legend has it that Bixia Yuanjun descends here from midnight to dawn on the 15th day of the third month of the lunar calendar, when making wishes is most effective.
