These are simple, delicious and classic. I like Korean food very much ~

1 First of all, I'd like to recommend kimbap.

A small pot of rice should not be too hot, it will be very hot, not too cold, too hard and not delicious (rice and glutinous rice can be mixed to cook better)

Second, a few pieces of Korean laver (thin, big and big). There are many pieces in Korea, but it's hard to get them in China! )

The most authentic way to add three or more sausages is to add this, but you can also add meat floss or sausages according to your own taste ~ ~

Don't waste four or more eggs-in fact, I like fried eggs very much.

One or two of the five carrots are paired with Japanese pickled radish-too salty-so I suggest that if you can't buy it, you can omit it. It's not delicious anyway.

You must eat fresh and green spinach whether you like it or not, just like I don't like carrots at all, but you must put ~ ~ so that you can eat authentic laver rice.

Seven-point salt, white sesame and sesame oil

Cooking steps of kimbap with laver:

First of all, put the salt, white sesame seeds and fragrant oil into warm rice, and it is best to stir it evenly by hand and set it aside to dry.

After the two eggs are broken up, add a little salt to taste, fry in the pan and cut into long strips ~ ~ ~ While the oil pan is still hot, stir-fry the ham slices and carrot slices evenly. Be sure not to burn them, or they will be hard and undercooked.

Everything is ready to start packing. Take out two pieces of laver, carefully spread rice on it, pour three quarters on it, and spread three quarters of the rice covered with laver by hand. Don't press the rice too hard, let it flatten, so it won't look good ~ ~

Then add eggs, carrots, ham, spinach, and finally Japanese pickled radish.

Roll up four handfuls of purple vegetables.

Be sure to roll it tightly, which is the most important thing, because if it is not rolled tightly, it will be loose when cutting.

Finally, cut the rolled strip-shaped kimbap into 1.5cm pieces with a knife.

2. Korean seaweed soup

In Korea, women eat after giving birth! Because it can enrich blood, it symbolizes peace. You must eat it on your birthday. If no one cooks seaweed soup, no one will feel pain.

Ingredients: 200g kelp soaked in water, 1 00g beef, 2 tablespoons soy sauce,1tablespoon sesame oil and garlic foam, pepper and soybean oil.

Exercise:

(1). Soak kelp in water.

(2) Chopped beef is mixed with soy sauce and sesame oil.

(3) Put sesame oil, fried beef and kelp into the pot.

(4) Stir-fry, add water, then add soy sauce, garlic foam and pepper.

Note: If you eat garlic, please put garlic (very important! )

3. Quanzhou bibimbap

Soybean sprouts are the most important bibimbap in Quanzhou. It is characterized in that it is made by soaking the mouse eye beans produced in Shilin in good water. Even if it is cooked for a long time, its texture is good. This is the local food of Jeolla Road, with bright colors and delicious taste.

Ingredients: rice (4 cups of rice, 4.5 cups of broth), 600g of beef, 1 00g of sesame oil, 50g of bean jelly,1tbsp of pine nuts, 5 tbsp of malt Chili sauce, mixed vegetables (soybean sprouts150g, mung bean sprouts100g.

If you can't buy some dishes, you can put some other dishes, which will be delicious.

4, kimchi fried rice

Ingredients: kimchi ingredients: rice, eggs, minced beef seasoning: monosodium glutamate, beef powder, Chili noodles, sugar, sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Exercise:

(1). Dice the kimchi, put the base oil in the wok, add the kimchi and fry for 1 min, then add the rice and fry for 2 minutes. (2) Add seasoning to the rice and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add sesame oil to the plate.

5. Squid rolls

Ingredients: squid ingredients: kohlrabi leaves, red peppers, green peppers and carrots.

Exercise:

(2) Shred red pepper, green pepper and carrot respectively.
