4 pieces of tender tofu (2 inches square), minced meat 150g, dried mushrooms and shrimps 1 tablespoon, wine 1 teaspoon, 3 cups of soup, 6 slices of ham, a little green vegetables and a proper amount of raw flour.
Exercise:
1. Add appropriate amount of water to minced meat, chop it up, put it in a bowl, add chopped mushrooms, dried shrimps, salt, wine, raw flour and other seasonings, make it into paste, and divide it into 20 small grains for later use.
2. Cut off the hard skin and four sides of each piece of tofu, and then cut it into thin slices (each slice is about 1/5 inches thick).
3. Spread a clean square wet white cloth, put tofu slices at the four corners of the cloth, put a piece of meat in the center of the tofu slices, lift the four corners of the cloth to the front cover (make tofu triangle to wrap the meat), and then press the two sides of the triangle tofu with two index fingers to make the tofu edges stick together to form a jiaozi shape. 4. After making them one by one, gently put them on the oiled plate and steam them all in the pot (about 8 minutes).
5. Boil the soup in a pot, add ham slices, mushroom slices and vegetables, and season with salt. Finally, thicken it with raw flour and put it on a large plate. Carefully add a little stir to the steamed tofu jiaozi (pour 1 teaspoon if there is chicken oil).
