Humanistic allusions in Tingzu Town

More than 1 years ago, when Tang Gaozong Li Yuan was in power, Li Shimin came to Wuchang County (now Ezhou City) and stopped at a temple in a mountainous area. As soon as I met an old monk in the temple, who was skillful in writing and martial arts, the old monk gave a poem saying: "I will levy eighteen sons in May and May, and I will sit in Changji in Pingchuan the next year. The son took over his father's business for more than 29 years, and he succeeded the pioneer in quelling violence. " Li Shimin also returned a song: "The monk's last name is two strokes, and there is a farmer and weaver in his bosom. I missed the world of mortals by mistake, so I didn't wear gauze as a coat. " After Emperor Taizong ascended the throne, he traveled to the south to find old friends, while the old monk had become immortal, sighing his stubbornness and giving him the name "Ding Jiaou". In the 5th year of Qin Long in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1571), Li Youpeng, a magistrate of a county, came to Dingjiaou to survey the flood disaster. Hearing the above allusions, he named this place "Tingzu", which means that Dingjiaou was destroyed by the flood and thanked the former emperor for being lucky here. The place name Tingzu has been used to this day.
