Pizza sauce ingredients: several cloves of garlic, 1g of onion, one small tomato, 2g of butter, appropriate amount of tomato sauce, black pepper, rosemary and pizza grass
Cake bottom ingredients: 147g of high flour, 147g of low flour, 6g of yeast, 1g of sugar and 148g of warm water.
2. Cut peeled tomatoes into small dices for later use;
3. Dice the onion and chop the garlic into pieces;
4. Heat the pan, add butter and cook until it melts;
5. After the butter melts, add onion and garlic and stir fry for about 1 minute;
6. Stir-fry the onion, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry over high fire;
7. When you see tomatoes stir-fry, add tomato sauce, black pepper, rosemary and pizza grass, stir-fry evenly, then cover the lid and turn the heat down to avoid burning the bottom. Add salt, stir-fry evenly, and then collect the juice to make a sauce.
The making process of pizza bottom:
1. Pour flour into a basin, add sugar and yeast, mix well, slowly add water and knead into dough until the dough is smooth and fine;
2. Soften the butter, add the dough and knead until the dough is completely eaten with butter;
3. Wrap the mixed dough with plastic wrap. When the dough is allowed to stand and ferment to twice its original size, divide two pieces of dough, the small dough is 1/3, pat it flat by hand, and then knead it into dough. After waking up for about 15 minutes, roll the big dough into a round cake and put it into a pizza tray. Roll the small dough into long strips, cut into small pieces, wrap it in diced cheese and arrange it in turn.
4. Fork the hole in the flour cake to prevent the dough from bulging during baking;
5. Spread a layer of pizza sauce first, then put the mozzarella cheese, and then spread the onion, beef and corn. Put it in the oven at 2 degrees and bake it in the middle layer for 15 minutes;
after 6 or 15 minutes, take it out of the oven, spread it with bacon, sea cucumber and masu cheese, put it in the middle of the oven, bake it at 2 degrees for 5 minutes, and it will be OK.
