When stirring the paste, you must pay attention to controlling the fire. If the heat is too high, the paste will burn. If you want the paste not to burn, you must be patient and keep stirring with your hands.

Only when the rice paste is tough and sticky but no longer sticky can it be shoveled into the pot. Otherwise, it will be difficult to knead it into a standard and delicious dough cake.
Next comes the paste.
The paste must be rubbed in a smooth and clean area.
First, knead the mixed paste over and over until it is soft, pliable and not sticky to your hands, then divide it into small balls according to your favorite size.
If your hands are too hot or sticky, apply some raw oil to your hands and rub them together.
There are many shapes of dumpling cakes, including brick-shaped, ball-shaped, round cake-shaped, etc. The simplest one is to roll it into shape like a brick.
