Ingredients:
Tomato, dried noodles, minced garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, oil consumption, eggs and white sugar
Practice:
1. Fry the eggs for later use;
2. Brush the oil in a hot pan, pour in minced garlic and saute until fragrant, and add tomatoes to stir-fry the juice;
3. Add two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, moderate oil consumption, dark soy sauce, white sugar and salt, stir-fry evenly, and pour in appropriate amount of water;
4. Boil water, add noodles and eggs, cook and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
