Pingliang specialties include Pingliang Jinguo, Pingliang Yam, Pingliang Wine Bran, Lingtai Niuxin Apricot, Jingning Roast Chicken and Chongxin Celery.

1. Pingliang Jinguo

Pingliang Jinguo is a series of red Fuji apples, with large size, bright color, high hardness, high sugar content, storage resistance and excellent quality. Pingliang is the best suitable area for apple production in China designated by the Ministry of Agriculture.
