Pumpkin 1/2, 350g of flour, 350g of glutinous rice flour and 400g of purple potato.
condiments
1 00g butter,1tablespoon sugar, a little vegetable oil.
Steaming pumpkin pie step 1
Wash and peel the pumpkin and purple potato, and master the cooking time yourself. You can stick it with chopsticks at the right time to see the degree of cooking. Pumpkins and purple potatoes are steamed very soft and can be pressed into mud.
Second step
Press the boiled pumpkin and purple potato into mud for later use. It's better to press the mud more finely. Add a spoonful of sugar to the purple potato paste, and friends who like to eat sweet can add more.
Third step
Add hot water to the flour and put it into the dough for 20-30 minutes.
Fourth step
Mix pumpkin puree, glutinous rice flour and butter (melted first) to form dough. Don't add all the glutinous rice flour, leave a handful. Be careful not to add water when mixing the dough. Pumpkins are full of water after steaming.
Step five
Take a spoonful of purple potato paste and a little glutinous rice flour left just now and mix it into dough to make pumpkin. If you have a juicer, you can squeeze some green vegetable juice and make the green dough into pumpkin handles. In order to save trouble, I use purple potato instead here. I eat at home anyway. Step 6
Mix the two kinds of dough in steps 3 and 4 together to form dough.
Step 7
Take half of the dough made in step 6, then knead it into strips and cut it into four equal parts with a knife.
Step 8
Press equal amounts of dough into cakes. The cake inside should not be too thin, but thicker, which will taste better. So you don't need to roll it out with a rolling pin, just press it directly. There is purple sweet potato paste in the middle of the cake.
Step 9
After sealing, press out the pumpkin pattern with a toothpick, and take a small piece of purple potato dough from step 5 as the pumpkin handle.
Step 10
Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the plate and the outside of the wrapped pumpkin pie, steam it in a steamer for 10- 15 minutes, and then take it out. The remaining half of the dough can be made into four more, which is enough for a family of three.
