1. My shooting tool only has a mobile phone and an ordinary height-adjustable mobile phone stand.

2. After thinking about what delicious food to cook, prepare the ingredients, including each seasoning and the necessary tools, and put them next to the console, so as to avoid looking for materials when shooting, which will be in a hurry.

3. After preparing the ingredients, think about the steps of making. Write down the steps that are particularly troublesome or easy to forget on paper and put them aside. When you do this, you will be organized.

4. Choose a place with good light. I used to operate in the kitchen at first, and some videos were taken in the dark, and the light was very dark, which made me uncomfortable to watch. Later, I found that when handling ingredients, I could choose the balcony, where the light was good, so I temporarily added a table on the balcony.

5. In the process of shooting, you can separate a video from each step, so if you don't do a good job in any step, it's better to make up for it.
