1, Hanshan Temple

Located in the western suburbs of Suzhou, it was founded in the Southern Dynasties with a history of 1400 years. Belongs to the Lin Ji school of Zen. It is famous all over the world because of the phrase "Hanshan Temple outside Gusu City, the midnight bell arrives at the passenger ship" in a night-mooring near maple bridge by the Tang Dynasty poet Zhang Ji.

There are many historical sites here, including the stone carvings of Zhang Jishi, the stone statues of Hanshan and the inscriptions of Wen Zhiming and Tang Yin. This is a famous blessing resort.
