Ingredients: Tofu, onion, minced garlic, Jiang Mo, pepper, millet pepper, cooking oil, bean paste and Chili oil.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Prepare ingredients: cut tofu, chop a handful of peppers, chop garlic and ginger, cut millet pepper into small rings, cut chopped green onion in advance and put it in the refrigerator for freezing.
Step 2: Heat the oil in the pot, add the pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, and then skim it out.
Step 3: Add garlic, Jiang Mo, a spoonful of bean paste, and a proper amount of Chili oil (sauce), stir-fry the spicy soy sauce for a few times, then add millet pepper, and continue to stir-fry quickly for fragrance.
Step 4, add tofu and turn it over gently so that the tofu is evenly coated with accessories.
Step five, pour boiling water into the tofu, and pour a proper amount of soy sauce to turn it over a few times.
Step 6, cover the pot and stew for 5 minutes.
Step 7, in the process of stewing, make sauce: stir an appropriate amount of starch, sugar, salt and water evenly.
Step 8: after 5 minutes, collect the juice on high fire until the soup is almost empty, hook in the sauce, stir-fry until the soup is thick, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and turn it twice to get out of the pot.

1. Stir-fry tofu lightly to avoid spoilage. 2. Accessories and seasonings can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. 3. In the process of stewing tofu, turn the tofu properly to avoid sticking to the pot.
