2. A very popular dish of Dragon Boat Festival is Zongzi. This delicious dish includes meat stuffing wrapped in bamboo leaves, peanut stuffing, egg yolk stuffing or other stuffed iced jiaozi. The tradition of zongzi is to remind us that the fishermen in the village spread rice on the Miluo River to appease the dragons in the river so that they won't eat Qu Yuan.
