There are only three that I know of, which are commonly known as the "Three Streets of Corruption."

Corruption Street: Minzu East Road Food Street, a place I often go to, is near Galaxy Plaza.

There are Baijia porridge, Bameng specialty restaurant "Dahoushan" and Hunan local cuisine, Koryo Palace Korean BBQ, Brazilian BBQ, Xiaobu Dian BBQ, beef hotpot, spicy crab, turtle village, and Quanjude roast duck.

Going further down is beyond the confines of Buchan 1st Street, but there are still many good restaurants, such as Jintou Ba Nao Guo, steamed meatballs, Macau Doulao, Dae Jang Geum Korean BBQ... Buchan

Second Street: Fuqiang Road Food Street, near the May Day Market, where the more famous seafood city is.

Xibei, Fishermen's Wharf, also has the famous Galaxy BBQ, as well as Sichuan cuisine Shuxiang Renjia and Jinxiangyu. There is also a Muslim restaurant with good food, but not cheap. There is also a Bameng Renjia with Bameng characteristics.

Corruption Third Street: In the Dalian Development Zone, the street where the first palace carousel goes through, many new high-end hotels have been opened. In my opinion, they are gold and jade, and the prices are very high. Going further in is the previous one.

The old hotel on Third Street is beyond the scope of my understanding. I don’t know the specific specialty hotel. Sorry.
