Ingredients: organic green yuba 1 30g, a handful of oak fungus, cucumber 1 root, 3 coriander trees, 25g of soy sauce, fresh couple sauce10g, aged lactic acid bacteria vinegar15g, 6 garlic, onion1piece.
Steps:
1, cucumber washed and cut into sections, coriander cut into sections.
2. A proper amount of garlic is peeled off and put into an electric garlic masher to be ground into minced garlic.
3, a small handful of fungus, soaked in warm water.
4. Soak yuba in cold water until it becomes soft.
5. Boil the boiling water in the pot, add the yuba, blanch for about half a minute until the core is not hard, then take it out and let it cool with boiling water for later use.
6. Then pour in the fungus, simmer for about 2 minutes, and take it out.
7. Cold sauce: Pour chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet spicy, 1 spoon white sesame seeds and 1 spoon spicy balsamic pot seasoning powder into a bowl.
8. Sprinkle hot oil to stimulate a strong fragrance.
9. Add 25 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of aged vinegar and 10 grams of fresh couple sauce, stir well and pour on cucumber, yuba, fungus, coriander and peanuts.
