Jiamusi Construction Engineering Trading Center is a tangible construction trading market approved by the Provincial Construction Department. The main duties of the center are to implement the Bidding Law and other laws and regulations, collect and publish construction information, and provide places and services for all kinds of construction projects bidding and related functional departments.
In order to further standardize the standardization of project bidding of construction enterprises in this area, Jiamusi Bidding Network strictly supervises and manages the qualifications of construction enterprises. The main contents are as follows:
First, the design unit qualification management
Responsible for the supervision and management of the design qualification of construction projects within their respective administrative areas.
(1) Require the inspected entity to provide design qualification certificate, registered practice certificate of registered practitioners, relevant documents of engineering design business, quality management, safety production management, file management, financial management and other relevant documents of enterprise internal management system;
Enter the inspected unit for inspection and access to relevant information;
(three) to correct violations of relevant laws and regulations and these Provisions as well as relevant norms and standards.
Second, the survey unit qualification management
Responsible for the supervision and management of the qualification of construction engineering survey within their respective administrative areas.
(1) Require the inspected unit to provide engineering survey qualification certificate, registered practice certificate of registered practitioners, relevant documents of engineering survey business and relevant documents of enterprise internal management system such as quality management, safety production management, file management and financial management;
Enter the inspected unit for inspection and access to relevant information;
(three) to correct violations of relevant laws and regulations and these Provisions as well as relevant norms and standards.
