Ingredients description: For today’s spicy hot pot, you can choose your favorite ingredients for all the side dishes. You just need to understand the cooking process. After all, the methods are all the same, but it is best to choose the taste according to your own preferences.

Step 1: First, cut the enoki mushrooms 1.5cm from the bottom upwards, then tear them into small bunches, wash and dry them and set aside; cut the corn into long sections of about 4cm; chop the coriander; peel and slice the potatoes and lotus roots; cut the shrimps
