Pianguan County's delicacies include cold bowl tray, oat noodle nest, Pianguan tofu, Wanjiazhai Yellow River carp, Pianguan haggis, Pianguan mutton and so on.
1. Cool the bowl holder: Buckwheat is peeled and ground into granules, then it is hand-pounded into a paste with a fine reed, steamed and cooled, cut into thin strips, and mixed with vinegar, garlic, etc.
