Ingredients: 100 grams of crab sticks, 250 grams of winter melon, a little each of green pepper and chopped green onion.
1 tsp seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp sugar, appropriate amount of water starch, 2 tbsp salad oil.
Method 1. Cut the winter melon into 4 cm long strips, cut crab sticks and green pepper into strips of the same length, blanch them together and set aside.
2. Pour base oil into the pot, add chopped green onion to the pot, add winter melon, green pepper, crab sticks and stir-fry, add seasonings, thicken with water starch, drizzle with oil and serve.
