Making biscuits in air fryer:
Ingredients: 100g oatmeal, 30g low-gluten flour, 20g milk powder, 20g honey, 25g coconut oil, ripe pistachios 20 grams of kernels, 20 grams of cooked pumpkin seed kernels, 15 grams of cooked black sesame seeds, 25 grams of raisins, and 15 grams of dried cranberries.
Accessories: 1 gram of salt, appropriate amount of water.
Steps:
1. All materials are weighed and ready. Wash dried cranberries and raisins, soak until soft and finely chop.
2. First pour the oatmeal, flour, milk powder, nuts and dried fruits into a large basin, mix well. You can add salt or not, it won't have much impact.
3. Add honey and mix briefly.
4. Pour in coconut oil. Because the weather is cold now, the coconut oil is solidified. It can be heated and melted, or you can replace it with butter, but the taste will be different. ?
5. Add some water in small amounts and many times, and mix with a spatula while adding water. The amount of water is not absolute. You can stop when you add one-third of the dry ingredients. If you have milk, you can replace the water with milk.
6. Wear gloves and press and mix all the ingredients evenly until all the ingredients can form a ball without falling apart. If it is too dry, you can add a little more water. Then let it sit for 10 minutes. ?
7. Take a ball of dough the size of a meatball, roll it into a ball, and then flatten it slightly. It shouldn't be too thick, as it won't be easy to bake, and it shouldn't be too thin, as it will spread easily. About five to six millimeters thick is appropriate.
8. Arrange the prepared biscuits one by one in the basket of the air fryer. I covered it with tin foil, but actually it’s easier to dry out if I don’t. Bake at about 170 degrees for 15 minutes. If you use an oven, the operation is the same, but you have to adjust the temperature and time yourself. ?
9. Turn the cookies over one by one and bake again for 10 minutes. Later, I broke one open and tasted it. I felt that it was still a little wet in the middle, so I took off the tin foil and baked it at 120 degrees for another 5 minutes before it was dry. Therefore, it is easier to dry without spreading tin foil.
10. After all the biscuits are baked, let them cool. Then it can be canned and stored, and it is best to eat it as soon as possible.
