How to make a small motor by yourself
Make a small motor, which is both a motor.

First of all, understand what a motor is: a motor is a rotating motor that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. It mainly includes electromagnetic winding or distributed stator and rotating armature or rotor for generating magnetic field. Under the action of the rotating magnetic field of stator winding, the current passes through the aluminum frame of armature squirrel cage and is rotated by the magnetic field.

Tools:

Iron sheet, copper wire, small iron bar (smooth), copper sheet (as brush), electric soldering iron, tin bar, 1.5V battery 1 section, screwdriver, hammer and other tools.

Method:

Bend the iron sheet into a frame and fuselage as shown in the figure, punch holes in the base and fix the frame for later use.

Install a bracket, a brush and a shaft made of small iron bars on the base. Winding copper wire, rotor 1 18 turns, stator 2 18 turns.

Wrap some tape around the shaft and stick two cylindrical copper sheets. The distance between copper sheets is about one millimeter. Both sides of the rotor are respectively wound with 1 18 turns of copper wire (external insulation), and then the two ends are respectively welded on the copper sheet.

There are two brushes on the copper sheet.

Both ends of the stator copper wire are respectively welded on the brush; At the same time, two wires for connecting power supply are led out at the welding place.

Turn on the power and Mathilda can turn.
