The cooking steps of the old Chinese doctor’s fairy porridge:
Material preparation: 50g glutinous rice, 30g white scallions, appropriate amount of ginger slices, 50ml rice vinegar.
1. Take 50g of glutinous rice. If you don’t have glutinous rice, you can use japonica rice or other sticky rice instead. Wash the rice clean.
2. Heat a pot and add water to cook into porridge.
3. Take 30 grams of white scallions, preferably with whiskers, and 7 slices of ginger, about 15 grams, add them to the porridge and cook together for 5 minutes. If green onions are not available, root coriander can be used instead.
4. Add rice vinegar to the pot and stir well.
5. Take out the cooked porridge and drink it while it is hot.
