Materials required:
Ingredients: 300g of bamboo shoots and 80g of pork/kloc-0.
Accessories: salt 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 2 drops, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, starch 2 teaspoons, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, vegetable oil 1 teaspoon, 4 dried peppers, chicken essence 1 teaspoon.
Specific steps:
1. Wash bamboo shoots for later use.
2. Wash and shred pork, grab it evenly with proper amount of salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, starch and cooking wine, and marinate for a while.
3. Put the pot on the fire, and pour in a proper amount of vegetable oil to heat it.
4. Add dried peppers and stir fry.
5. Pour in shredded pork and stir fry quickly until the color of pork becomes transparent.
6. Add bamboo shoots and stir well.
7. Add salt and continue to stir fry.
8. After all the ingredients are fried, add the chicken essence.
9. Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the fire and serve. The finished product is as follows.
