Malatang, as the name suggests, is spicy, spicy and hot. This is my favorite food.
Malatang is divided into two schools, one is Sichuan Malatang and the other is Chongqing Malatang. My favorite is the former, because it's spicy, exciting, and delicious.
Every time I eat Malatang, I go to the food cabinet and order vermicelli, duck blood, kelp, and ham sausage. The chef who catches the vegetables will put the vegetables into basins, which is of course absolutely hygienic. The master is wearing disposable gloves on his hands! Then you just take the basin to the display window and give it to the chef inside. The chef will pour the vegetables into a colander, and then put the colander into the soup. When the vegetables are cooked and the flavor of the soup has been completely integrated into the vegetables, the vegetables can be poured into a plate and poured with special sauce.
If you like spicy food, you can add a spoonful of spicy oil. The vermicelli is soaked in brown sauce. The meat-colored ham sausage was hidden in the sauce, as if it was playing hide-and-seek with me. Brown-red duck blood accompanies the vermicelli, which looks like patterns on the vermicelli, while kelp floats on the vermicelli like ribbons.
As soon as I smelled it, my mouth watered. When I tasted it, my tongue was almost spicy. Hey, why is there still a tingling feeling? Oh, it turns out I ate too quickly and my tongue was numb.
No wonder it’s called Malatang! Excellent Malatang Composition 2
Speaking of snacks, I have seen a lot! There are everything from Xinjiang mutton skewers to Beijing roast duck and Xiamen peanut soup. And my favorite thing to eat is the Sichuan snack - malatang.
Malatang tastes good and looks good. The crystal vermicelli is soaked in the dark red spicy soup, strips of red duck blood are accompanied by green vegetables, and brown peanuts are scattered among them. It's really mouth-watering!
The method of making Malatang is very simple: when guests come, grab a handful of washed vermicelli and put it into a bamboo colander, sway it back and forth in the hot soup, and scald it for a minute or two. Pour the cooked vermicelli into a bowl, scoop out some duck blood and green vegetables, add spicy soup water, sprinkle with reserved peanuts, and a bowl of spicy hotpot is ready.
Eating Malatang is also fun. When I was eating vermicelli, I liked to eat it one by one. After finding the "head" of the vermicelli, I sucked it into my mouth. It was so smooth and refreshing! When eating duck blood, vegetables, and peanuts, I first lick the "coarse" flavor with my tongue, and then chew it carefully to taste the fine flavor. This delicious Sichuan Malatang makes me want to eat it again and again.
It is indeed a famous snack in Sichuan!
