Korean bibimbap is one of the traditional Korean cuisines and a common dish in the daily diet of Korean families. It is a mixed meal with good color and flavor, and usually consists of rice, vegetables, meat, seafood and other ingredients, mixed with sauces and seasonings.

operation sequence/order
1. Prepare ingredients
Wash the rice and cook it with a rice cooker for later use. Cut chicken/beef/pork into small pieces and marinate with soy sauce, salt, sugar, onion, ginger and garlic for 30 minutes. Cut carrots and cucumbers into thin filaments, cut laver into small pieces, and beat eggs for later use.

Break the eggs, fry them in a pot and cut them into small pieces for later use.
3. cook the meat
Fry the marinated meat in a pot for later use.
4. bibimbap
Put the cooked rice into a large bowl, and add shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, laver slices, fried eggs and fried meat. Add appropriate amount of Chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil and mix well.
