Working method
1. Wash the pork belly. If you add an appropriate amount of rice wine to cold water and cook it, wash the okra with salt.
2. Boil water in a pot, add okra and red pepper and cook, take out and let cool before slicing. Okra can be cut crosswise or diagonally, and red pepper can be cut into small pieces.
3. As long as the pork belly is cooked, do not stew it. Let it cool and cut it into thin slices. The thinner the better.
4. Heat the pan with cold vegetable oil, add ginger slices, fry the pork belly slices, and stir-fry for a while until the meat comes out.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of tempeh and soy sauce to season and color, then add okra and red pepper and stir-fry, add a little salt and chicken essence to taste.
