Sea otter The average adult sea otter has a body length of about1.47m, a tail length of about 30-40cm and a weight of about 45kg. Compared with the body, the sea otter's head is small and round, its beard is short, its eyes are like beans, its nose is in a regular triangle, and its face is obviously lighter than its body.
Habits of sea otters
Adult sea otters weigh about 60 pounds, but the food they eat every day can account for 1/3 of their weight. Fortunately, in the extremely cold North Pacific, there are too many "seafood delicacies" for them to starve.
Sea otters live on water all the time except the breeding season, so they usually sleep on water. Generally speaking, seaweed-rich places are the best choice for sea otters. The reason why we choose places with a lot of algae is because there are many waves on the sea. In order to prevent themselves from being swept away by the waves, sea otters will entangle themselves with seaweed. I have to say that sea otters have a good sense of safety precautions.
