On Father’s Day, I posted a photo of me and my dad for the first time on WeChat Moments. Unexpectedly, I got a lot of likes and comments from my friends, 90 likes and 30 comments!
Almost all the comments are: "You look a lot like dad. It seems that he was carved from the same mold." In fact, people often say this. My mother is very depressed about this, and she particularly regrets not having it. Give birth to a second child. If you give birth to a son, he will definitely look like her!
I remember when I was a child, I was reading in a bookstore. Suddenly a strange uncle came over and asked me: "Is your father Xiong so-and-so?" I was stunned for a moment and said, "Yes. Ah!” he said excitedly, “I can tell she’s your father’s daughter at first glance, she looks exactly the same!”
In fact, my facial features (especially my eyes, nose, and mouth) not only look like my dad’s! , even the palms of their hands look alike! For this reason, my dad is very proud when others say that I look like him. He also says that I am better looking than him, with a clear mind and good temperament:)
Because of my dad, I have a very special Last name: Bear! I was very depressed when I was a child because my classmates loved to call me all kinds of nicknames, such as panda, bear and so on. I don’t think it’s okay to take my mother’s last name, because my mother’s last name is also very special, Liao. It’s easy to pronounce in our dialect: diao, but it still gets the nickname “mink”!
At home, my father likes to call me little bear, so naturally he is my father bear.
1. My father bear is a very loyal and generous person.
I remember when I was a child, I was an only child, but my uncle’s family and my aunt’s family both had two children. I originally said that there was no need to give out red envelopes during the New Year and holidays, which would cancel each other out, but my dad always loved to give red envelopes to everyone. He sends out red envelopes personally; every time he goes on a business trip, he brings a lot of gifts or local specialties to his family members; every time he celebrates the New Year, he also gives the new year's goods and gifts he receives to his relatives and friends. As long as he has what he has, he will never be stingy with his family and friends!
2. My father bear is a very interesting person.
He is very interested in politics, sports, etc., and he loves to play, so he can swim, skate, draw and so on. It's a pity that he never taught me or sent me to any training classes. I later learned swimming by myself, but I never knew how to skate. Painting is what I do now at home. But I believe that my interest in painting must have been inspired by him. Because when I was young, I could paint on the walls at home, and my father loved painting mice and bamboo the most. I still remember that my dad would do magic tricks for me, that is, he would make oranges out of the closet (I later found out that he had hidden them in advance)
3. My daddy bear is a food-loving person. .
Because of his early work, my father would often travel on business, traveling all over the country (I guess I followed him on this point, and now I have also traveled to many places where he has been, and even (more), every time he would bring back a lot of local specialties and snacks for us to eat, but when I was a child, I was very picky about food and did not try new food easily. For example, Xinjiang raisins and so on (I didn’t really care about them at the time, I even gave them away to school).
I remember that when I was young, our family did not have three meals a day, but four meals a day, because basically every night my father would make or buy midnight snacks for us. There are many styles of late night snacks, my favorites are of course Fuzhou fried noodles, fried dumplings, braised food and so on. And at that time, you don’t have to worry about gaining weight!
And because my father works and he loves to try new things, he often brings home some wild game.
4. My father bear is a very open-minded person.
When I was a child, my father liked to ask me to buy cigarettes for her, and the change would be left in my little vault every time. If he was in urgent need of money, he would pay me back double the amount he took from me. For this reason, I also saved a lot of pocket money.
The first time I fell in love was in college, but I fell in love with a high school classmate who was not in the same city and could only meet during the winter and summer vacations. But my mother was very opposed to it, but my father encouraged me to go on more dates and gave me money, saying, "You're still a student, don't let boys always pay." On several dates, my uncle caught me and complained to my father. My dad also said that he knew that it is not a bad thing for girls to fall in love and gain experience.
5. My father bear is the man I love most!
When I was young, I had measles once and had to take Chinese medicine to treat it. But Chinese medicine is very bitter. I don’t want to drink it every time. My father bear will try his best to persuade me to drink it. Even once when I insisted not to drink it, he said, "As long as you drink the Chinese medicine, you can do whatever you want dad to do." , you can hit me!”
There was still a period of time when I had severe pain every time I had my menstrual period. One time when I was sleeping, I suddenly had my period and my stomach hurt so much that I woke up my parents. My mother's first reaction was to boil water, make brown sugar water for me to drink, and put a hot water bottle on my stomach; but my father was so anxious when he saw how painful I was, for fear that I would faint from the pain, and said nothing. He said, carry me on your back and run to the hospital (there is a hospital near my home, about 10-20 minutes away). While he was running, he was still talking to me: "Dandan, talk to daddy, don't fall asleep!" When I got to the hospital, I no longer felt any pain, but my dad still insisted that I stay in the hospital for observation. .
When I first entered college, my father drove my mother and I on a tour in advance. After helping me go through all the admission procedures, he dropped me downstairs in the dormitory and drove away. But later I heard my mother say that my father watched me go upstairs happily, and he cried silently, feeling very reluctant to let me go.
Of course, my daddy bear is not perfect, and there are many things he cannot do well. But I think as long as my daddy bear is healthy, it will be good!
Although my daddy bear did not give me great wealth, he pampered me within his ability;
Although my daddy bear rarely said that he missed me or wanted to I rarely even call or send me WeChat messages, but I know that I am his concern.
I love you, Papa Bear! I also wish you a happy birthday in advance!
