Beijing Haidian District Supply and Marketing Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as Supply and Marketing Cooperative) was established on July 15th, 1949, and it is the earliest publicly-owned commercial enterprise in Haidian District. In the long years, supply and marketing cooperatives have made historical contributions to the local economic and social development.

since 1954, the leading organs of supply and marketing cooperatives have been working in Zhongguancun, witnessing all kinds of changes here. Especially since the reform and opening up, the historical changes from "Zhongguancun Electronic Street" to "Beijing New Technology Industry Development Experimental Zone" and "Zhongguancun Science Park" have been great.

on December 18th, 1995, Beijing Hailong trading group was established based on the assets of supply and marketing cooperatives. On December 18, 22, it was restructured into Beijing Hailong Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hailong Group).

In p>1997, inspired by the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Hailong Group launched "three major campaigns", namely: the campaign of reform and restructuring; Joint venture chain campaign; Battle of Hailong Building. All affiliated enterprises have completed the task of reform and transformation.

Hailong Group cooperated with France Langesai Group, and after a long examination and approval process, established a commercial joint venture, Langesai-Hailongxing Electrical Equipment Commercial Co., Ltd., specializing in the distribution of electrical products. After ten years' efforts, Hailong Group invested exclusively to build the landmark building of "Second Venture"-Hailong Building in the core area of Zhongguancun, with a total area of 73, square meters.

The "Three Major Campaigns" have achieved Hailong's goal of creating new glories and completed the historical change of "going out of the countryside and entering Zhongguancun".
