Zhu, together with the musicians, suddenly said, "Join hands in Jinqiao, and everything is incompatible." Le knelt down and replied, "I have been loyal all my life, not afraid of the emperor's sword." I am afraid of being happy afterwards. One day, Zhu Yuanzhang visited Yuefu, and he was happy to present his own brand of crispy rice for you to taste. Zhu Yuanzhang picked up the crispy water board and said with a smile, "Your family has a delicate mind. You must play something by making this water board.". Happy to answer, willing to hand over the power of the palm, return home to retire, and sing two poems at the court. The emperor granted his request. Therefore, Le Shaofeng died a good death and was buried in his hometown (see the county records of Ming and Qing Dynasties). The production of crispy rice was also spread from Yuefu to Quanjiao, and Machang Town was able to keep the secret of that year. golden crucian carp with black back
The golden crucian carp with black back, a special product of Chuzhou, is one of the four famous fishes (bream, flower, carp and crucian carp) in Chuzhou, so it is named because of its delicacy, sweet and mellow taste, golden scales with black back and glittering silver. It is comparable to the north and south of black-backed crucian carp in Longchi, Liuhe County. In the late Qing Dynasty, this fish was famous for a while. Because it lived in Xiashuiguan area, its waters were narrow, and artificial protection and reproduction were ineffective, it was on the verge of extinction.
there is a local legend: the lake in the south of Xiange Tower was rich in crucian carp in ancient times. Just as Confucius and others were starving for seven days, a big crucian carp several feet long automatically jumped ashore for them to cook and eat, saving the lives of Confucius teachers and students. From then on, all the descendants of South Lake crucian carp were glittering with golden scales. Legend has it that this was given by the Dragon King, because crucian carp gave their lives to save saints. If the fish is put in other water, it will lose its golden color in less than half a day.
