Guangzang Market
If you have seen Runningman, you should have an impression of this market. It is an iconic traditional market in Seoul, featuring raw beef, live octopus, mung bean pancakes, fish cakes, and food stalls in the center of the market, including fried rice cakes, laver-covered rice, rice sausage and other traditional Korean snacks. In addition, there are a variety of kimchi and various traditional Korean cakes.
When I went, it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and I bought a medicine fruit that Koreans will definitely use for festivals, also known as oil honey fruit, which is a kind of cake made of oil and honey. It really surprised me to eat it. Then the raw beef shop is really full! But I dare not try. Korean friends took me to a famous mung bean pancake shop. Koreans eat pancakes with rice wine. It feels pretty good. As for those fried rice cakes, laver-covered rice, rice sausage, etc., they are not particularly delicious, but may provide an atmosphere for tourists. My Korean friends say they are not as delicious as the shops next to their school. However, sitting in a market food stall and eating, there are big pots of snacks in front of you, which is really like the opening scene in Spirited Away movie.
