Tangyuan is a traditional food in China, also known as Yuanxiao, the most Ningbo dumpling, also known as Tangyuan. It is made of glutinous rice with water mill unique to Ningbo, and filled with delicate and pure white sugar, black sesame seeds and pig suet.
