How to make home-cooked pies

Flour, leeks, eggs, shrimp skin, salt, oil and seasonings
Practice
1. Wash leeks and control water.
2. Boil the noodles, knead them into dough when they are cold but not hot, and simmer for 1 hour.
3. After the eggs are scattered, fry them and mash them with a spatula.
4. Add seasonings such as shrimp skin, salt and oil to the mashed eggs (according to personal habits), and finally add chopped leeks.
5. Divide the baked dough into ingredients, roll it into dough, and add a proper amount of stuffing to make it into the shape of buns.
6. Add oil to the pan and heat it. Press the wrapped buns into the shape of pie by hand and put them in the pan for branding.
7. Bake until both sides are golden.
