Where do fried dumplings come from?
There are different opinions about the origin of fried dumpling. One version is: it is said that a Guangdong master accidentally ate fried dumplings in Qingdao, which was delicious, so he took them back to his hometown, and after improvement, they eventually evolved into today's Muji fried dumplings. Another way of saying it is that pot stickers used to be court food, but they flowed to the people in the late Qing Dynasty.
