Good places for Spring Festival around Beijing: ice walking in Baihe Gorge, idyllic dream in my humble abode in Miyun Mountain, hiking in Xinghuang Village in Fangshan, hot springs in Chicheng and ice waterfall in Heilongtan to enjoy the wonders.

1. Ice walking in Baihe Gorge. Under the vast mountain, the white river is covered with a layer of snow, and the white reeds swayed by the cold wind from time to time cut the dazzling sunshine into a gentle outline and then pass it on to every visitor's eyes. Along the way, as if browsing the picture scroll, a sense of the picture of rural literary films in the last century suddenly came to my face. It should be noted that it is necessary to wait until the highest temperature in Beijing during the day drops below zero, otherwise there is no way to go without freezing the river.

2. My humble home in Miyun Mountain is an idyllic dream. Sitting in the country yard at night, the stars all over the sky seem to be full of past lives's fate, which makes you look up at the sky, and your heart is full of Zen. My humble abode in the mountains is such a place hidden in the northeast of Beijing. It is a small mountain village born with nature. It is transformed from an old house idle by villagers. The appearance of each house is preserved, the interior is finely decorated, luxury and simplicity are super mixed, and comfort and natural elements are fully combined.

3. Walk in Xinghuang Village, Fangshan. Xinghuang Village was originally a natural village under the jurisdiction of Sanliushui Villagers' Committee. It was located in the deep valley of the upper reaches of Dashi River from northwest to southeast. It became a village after the Qing Dynasty and was named after its rich apricot. Many donkey friends have gone for the title of "Emperor Xu", and his "palace" can also be camped, and the expenses of eating self-produced animals such as chickens and sheep are exempted.

4. Hot springs in Chicheng. Chicheng Hot Spring is located in Tangquan, a small village with abundant geothermal energy. Almost every household runs a hot spring industry, and even the hot water in the local hotel room is hot spring water (directly from the hot spring pool). There are not many tourist attractions near the hot springs, and going there is mainly to soak in the hot springs. Usually I stay here for one night and look around the neighborhood the next day.

5. Enjoy the wonders at the Black Dragon Pool Ice Waterfall. In the Black Dragon Pool, you can see the ice in the 18 pools with three waterfalls, which is crystal clear. The canyon is carved with wonders in the scenery, various ice waterfalls, ice hangings, icicles and other scenery. This winter, a number of ice entertainment activities are launched, such as skating, riding an ice car, skating ladder, etc., so that you and your family can feel the excitement on the ice while having fun.
