The first is lotus root, red dates and pig bone marrow soup.
Materials: pig bone marrow, lotus root each100g, and red dates 20g.
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, onion segments, ginger slices, sesame oil and vegetable oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash pig bone marrow first, blanch it in boiling water and pick it up for later use;
2. Wash and peel the lotus root, cut it into strips and soak it in water;
3, red dates are pitted and washed for use;
4. Put the pot on the fire, pour in the vegetable oil and heat it to 50%, then add the onion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant;
5. Add broth, and add pig bone marrow, lotus root, red dates, salt and cooking wine;
6, stew with low heat until cooked, add monosodium glutamate to taste, and pour sesame oil.
