Steps to make steamed pork rice noodles:
Main ingredients: 400g pork belly, 50g rice, 50g glutinous rice.
Accessories: appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, 6 star anise, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of blending oil.
1. Wash the pork belly, drain the water, and cut into slightly thick pieces.
