You can take a look at the 2014 edition of "Playing with the Earth". The names are---Chef School-Potatoes, Chef School-Eggs-, Chef School-Chocolate, Chef School-Cheese.

I forgot whether his name was Hester, but when I read it, he did say that you could make steaks that lock in moisture at home, and that you could make cheese strings several meters long.
