Chapter 2? Teaching Qualifications Article 6 New teachers must participate in pre-job training. Article 8 The identification of leading teachers is the responsibility of the secondary college (department) and is conducted at the beginning of each semester.

Applicants apply to the college (department) where they are located, and the college (department) organizes an assessment team to assess the applicant's lectures, preparations, classroom lectures, practical teaching, etc., and evaluates degree certificates, professional title certificates, college teacher qualification certificates, and pre-job training.

Qualification certificates, etc. will be reviewed to form a conclusion determined by the college (department) and reported to the Personnel Office and Academic Affairs Office for record.

Article 9: Teachers who start a new course should consciously conduct professional learning around the courses they offer, and completely observe the course taught by other teachers inside and outside the school before or during the course, or systematically study online courses with the same name through online lectures

Article 12 Outsiders who undertake teaching tasks in our school must meet the employment conditions stipulated in the "Recruitment and Management Measures for External Teachers of Suqian University (Interim)".

Chapter 3: Teaching Preparation Article 13: Teachers should start from the goal of talent training, carefully study the status and role of this course in the talent training plan, and handle the connection and division of labor with other courses.

Article 14: The syllabus is a guiding document for teachers to engage in teaching work. Teachers must carefully study the syllabus and accurately grasp the syllabus system and main content.

The syllabus shall not be changed during implementation.

Article 15: Teachers should select teaching materials or handouts according to the teaching syllabus and basic teaching requirements, and designate teaching aids and reference materials that match the teaching materials.

The selection of teaching materials shall be carried out in accordance with the "Measures for the Construction and Management of Textbook Materials of Suqian University (Trial)".

If the reserved teaching materials cannot be provided in time for some reason, the teacher should compile and print the teaching outline in time to ensure the normal development of teaching activities.
