Sauces: sweet noodle sauce, black pepper sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey and Chili noodles.
2 Pickled ingredients: Meat can be pickled with a little basic seasoning such as salt, soy sauce, wine and pepper. Seafood doesn't need salt, just clean it. Vegetables are only pickled with Chili noodles and oil, and no seasoning is needed.
