Fried method of braised chicken
Ingredients: half a catty of chicken leg meat, 1 potato, 6 mushrooms, half a green pepper, garlic, ginger, dried Chili bean paste, pepper cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and rock sugar.
Add a little base oil to the pot, add a few pieces of rock sugar, boil over low heat, and add chicken pieces to stir fry. Wash the chicken pieces, absorb the surface moisture with kitchen paper, and then marinate them with a little cooking wine.
After the chicken nuggets change color, move around the pot, add dried Chili peppers, ginger and garlic slices, stir-fry in oil in the pot, stir-fry the dried Chili peppers from dry to swollen, stir-fry with the chicken nuggets, add potato nuggets and stir-fry for one minute, add mushrooms and continue to stir-fry, and mix a bowl of juice, 2 tablespoons of bean paste, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and half a spoonful of light soy sauce.
Pour the water soaked in mushrooms into the pot, cover and stew for 5 to 10 minutes, collect juice, add green pepper and stir well, and add salt according to taste before taking out.
