Tan Yang Kung Fu Black Tea is one of the three major Kung Fu black teas in Fujian Province. It was handed down during the reign of Xianfeng and Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (185 1- 1874), and was successfully trial-produced by people in Tanyang Village, Fu 'an City. It has been 100 years now. The production areas are widely distributed, with Tanyang Village in Fu 'an as the center and all over Fu 'an, Zherong, Shouning, Zhouning, Xiapu and northern Pingnan. Taking local sexual groups as raw materials, it is compact, straight and uniform in appearance, white in coat color, black and shiny in color, fresh and fragrant in Gao Shuang, bright and golden in soup color, mellow in taste and even and bright in leaf bottom.
Historically, in the initial process of Tan Yang Kung Fu, we should focus on the withering process and attach great importance to the technical treatment of heating and fermentation in alpine tea areas. Tan Yang Kung Fu is generally refined by multi-stage payment and recycling of main products. Because of its vast production area, it is the key to refine Tan Yang Kung Fu black tea by scientifically matching the raw materials of high mountain, flat land, spring, summer and autumn, learning from each other's strong points and complementing each other.
