Practice steps
Step 1
Wash the duck leg and stir-fry with ginger until the skin becomes discolored.
Second step
Add star anise, pepper, fragrant leaves, soy sauce and salt, eggs and water and stew for 30 minutes.
Third step
Add the cooked duck leg to the rice.
