Yangjiang de special food
Goose fried rice: Baisha goose fried rice is soft and refreshing, fat but not greasy. The aroma of rice and goose is completely blended together, which is full of color, flavor and taste, and many foreign tourists also come here. Its preparation method is to put the cut goose into an oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and stir-fry for a while, or add other miscellaneous materials, such as sausage and shrimp.
Ma Zi: This is one of the four great delicacies in Yangjiang. In the breakfast shops in the streets of Yangjiang, you can always see its steaming figure. You can scald it with hot water, then roll it into sheets, and finally cut it into strips with a kitchen knife, so that it looks like a belt surface, so that you can make a good rice noodle ball. This is equivalent to the handmade noodles of the rice noodle version.
Yangjiang Salted Tangyuan: Yangjiang people call it "Zi Yuan", just like jiaozi in the north. Tangyuan symbolizes reunion, but this tangyuan is not sweet, but salty, and the ingredients are not wrapped in it. Instead, all the ingredients are boiled into soup and glutinous rice flour to make a bowl of tangyuan.
