Just like shoes, do you really need all kinds of shoes, such as leather shoes, sports shoes, sports shoes, sandals, boots and so on? In fact, you only need versatile and comfortable shoes, and you need that kind of shoes. I think it is far more economical to buy a pair of high-quality, versatile and comfortable shoes than to buy several pairs of cheap and diverse shoes. 1, three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, canteen and dinner. Sometimes I go home to cook for myself and refuse to take out food. You should know that there are 20 takeout orders. If you cook by yourself, because you are alone, dinner is basically a dish. If you are a vegetarian, you only need to buy food in 30 yuan a week. If you have meat dishes, it costs more than 40 yuan a week. Dinner is usually light, mainly salads and fried vegetables, because the meat dishes in the canteen at noon basically meet the nutritional needs of the day, and eating a non-greasy dinner can prevent obesity.

2, snacks and fruits: snacks are not only bad for the body, but also bad for the skin! But I prefer spicy strips and occasionally buy something to eat. I must satisfy my desire occasionally, otherwise the cost of snacks will far exceed my imagination! Fruit is indispensable. The fruit in the company canteen can be basically satisfied at noon, but it will be much cheaper to buy fruit at the nearby farmers' market if you want to eat it at night. There is little difference in nutritional value between supermarket imports and farmers, as long as they are fresh. I don't drink this stuff. I don't drink milk tea even if there is sugar.

3. Daily necessities: Except for the online bonus hunter issued by the company, they always buy whatever they are short of, only buy 1-2 months, and never hoard a lot of goods. Don't buy it just because it's cheap, but only if you need it and encounter a price reduction!

4. Skin care products: To be honest, skin care products are the most expensive things. Look at the recent price reduction of skin care products, just buy something that suits you, and don't pursue brands. I use my old stock now, and I plan to use only cream in the future. I think good skin depends not on skin care products, but on good living habits, healthy diet and happy mood, as well as medical beauty, and skin care products are only an auxiliary means.

5, clothes: basically do not buy clothes, continue to wear the previous clothes, full of groping style, and then change a little ~

6, travel: public transportation: bus+subway, will not take a taxi because it is too late.

7、? Medical treatment: Go to bed early and get up early, exercise and lose your temper less. You will really get sick less. I've had stomach trouble 15 years, and now I'm basically fine. I must go to bed early, keep a happy mood, and don't overeat, not only for my health, but also for my skin!

8、? Financial management: I haven't tried it yet. I just keep accounts every day and check my expenses.

You may think that the deterioration of consumption will lead to a decline in happiness, but it is not at all. Although there are no gorgeous clothes and expensive skin care products, I am still very happy. Seeing more and more deposits, I have enough confidence to cope with the risks. As the saying goes, don't panic if you have surplus grain in your hand. Happiness is not achieved by material things, but by a rich mind. Although the consumption has been degraded, I will go out for a walk, visit the garden (garden card), go to the park, go to the scenic spots of ethnic minorities and feel the beauty of nature on weekends, instead of going to the shopping center to see all kinds of items and accidentally buying something I don't need. But when you really know what you need, you can buy nothing even if you go shopping. In my spare time, I will read books and draw pictures instead of indulging in shopping websites, so that I can improve myself and keep my wallet. Occasionally take part in some free manual activities, which is also considered entertainment. Every time I finish my manual homework, I am very satisfied. As long as you find it, there are many pleasures in life that you can get for free.

For consumption, there must be buying demand, not creating buying demand. Everyone has a different definition of happiness, but my happiness is to see my savings increase and my room is full of things I really need, not sundries. However, it is not wrong for me to reduce consumption. Occasionally, I will go to barbecue and eat hot pot with my boyfriend. It's not expensive and I only care about the process of enjoyment. Good food is delicious only if it is not eaten often. If you eat it often, there will be no surprises, which will not only waste money, but also be bad for your health and, more importantly, your wallet. I have never felt pain about this kind of life. After working for more than a year, when my savings reached six figures, I was motivated to stick to it. When my room is clean and tidy, I know my choice is correct.
