Ingredients: 1 spring chicken
Accessories: chopped citronella, onion, garlic, pepper, scallion, dried onion, coriander leaves
Seasoning/marinade: 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon honey and rose sauce.
