Main ingredients: 200 grams of pork belly, 20 grams of white fungus.
Accessories: 3g ginger slices, 5g green onion segments, 5g starch, 3g white vinegar, 5g wolfberry, 15g red dates, 2g pepper, 500ml water.
1. Cut the ginger into slices.
2. Cut the green onions into sections.
